University of Brighton
Chelsea School Campus Visit
On Thursday 5th January 2012, 16 Year 9 pupils visited the University of Brighton, Chelsea School Campus to sample some of the wonderful facilities they have on offer during a ‘Gifted & Talented’ event.
The day involved performing in the following five activities:
- Physical – Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) Training & Testing
- Cognitive – Indoor Orienteering Exercises
- Social - Problem Solving Activities
- Creative – Dance
- Personal – Gymnastics
All of the pupils had a fantastic day and they all worked extremely hard. It has focused many of the pupils on ensuring they do well in their subjects at school in order to go to University!
